Handmade Moroccan Tiles
The traditional Moroccan tile, originating from Fez, can be irrevocably traced back to centuries of Moroccan architecture, in which many Berber, African and Arab influences are represented . Many examples can be found in many mosques, hotels, bath houses, palaces, and of course just on the streets. Another too special example of these handmade tiles can be found in the Alhambra ( palace and fortress with a floor area of 140,000m2), just outside Granada, Spain.
At Household Hardware, we think everyone should have the opportunity to have a little bit of Morocco in your own home.
